Sunny dry cleaning melted all the beading off my wedding dress, then denied any responsibility. At the same time they destroyed a pair of interlinedsilk curtains for a large bay window- they were returned with no note of explanation with torn seams, detached lining, interlining and staining on the silk.
The owner insisted that they were not responsible. He returned the cost of the "cleaning" . A deeply upsetting experience compounded by appalling customer service.
