After spending €56k on a new car (my 8th purchase from Conlan’s) They failed to honour 'agreed conditions of sale', keep promises and completely fobbed me off and messed me around for 10 weeks.....The issue was only resolved when I called in and insisted it was sorted, then suddenly the issue could be resolved there and then. NOT TO BE TRUSTED...BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
The owner in Kildare didn’t appear to care or bother to engage in a positive or proactive way even after communicating the gravity of the situation directly to him. He seemed more keen on saving a few bob than resolving the issue and honouring agreements and hasn’t yet bothered to apologise or take responsibility for the fiasco which occurred. Fantastic selection of tea/coffee with a smorgasbord of biscuits, soothing ambient music, fashion show ready staff pounding the catwalk all whilst hijinks ensue to pass the time whilst they put the seal and protect on my new 716d M Sport, and all for the pleasure of giving them a few hundred quid. Where would ya get it!
