I needn't have worried the owner was amazingly kind and professional and had it off literally in seconds, with absolutely no pain. I could hardly believe in this day and age that there was NO CHARGE !! and he even gave me a little pouch to keep my ring safe until the swelling goes down and I can return to have it resized and repaired.
